Is the art you sell genuine, licensed Disney product?
Yes.  Every piece of art we sell is officially licensed Disney artwork produced at Disney’s publishing studio in California, USA.  Every limited edition art piece is accompanied with a Disney Certificate of Authenticity to confirm its authenticity and that it is a genuine article. You may have seen many of the pieces we retail also sold at Disney parks and resorts around the world.

What is the delivery charge?

  • UK or USA - free
  • Europe - £24.95
  • Rest of the world - £49.95

Will I have to pay customs duties / import taxes on my order?
If your shipping address is in the UK, your artwork is shipped to you from within the UK so there will be no customs duties or import taxes.

If your shipping address is in the EU, your artwork is shipped to you from the UK. However, we take responsibility for all customs duties and import VAT following the UK's departure from the European Union. All customs duties and import taxes will be billed to us.

If your shipping address is in the USA, your artwork is shipped to you from the USA. You will need to pay California sales tax if you are located in California.

If your shipping address is in Canada, your artwork is shipped to you from the USA. You will need to pay any applicable customs duties and import taxes levied by the Canadian government. Please liaise with your customs office for further information.

If your shipping address is anywhere else not listed above, your artwork is shipped to you from the UK. You will need to pay any applicable customs duties and import taxes levied by your government. Please liaise with your customs office for further information. 

How long does delivery take?
Each piece of Disney Fine Art is individually hand-produced "on-demand" at Disney's publishing studio in California, USA. Delivery may take up to 21-28 business days. 

HELP! It’s my [friend’s/partner’s/loved one’s] birthday in only a few days … can you expedite my order?
It is worth asking us for an accurate delivery estimate for the specific art piece(s) you are looking to purchase as we may be able to offer an expedited delivery. If not, why not consider a Magic of Disney Art Gift Certificate

Alternatively, if you want to order a specific art piece but the recipient's "big day" is before the art will arrive, we can provide a beautiful customised PDF gift presentation card that you can print and provide to the recipient to let them know that their artwork is “on its way”. This is free-of-charge; just request it during the check-out process (or send us an email after you have placed your order) … be sure to include the recipient’s name so that we can personalise it accordingly.

How will my order be shipped?
If you are based in the UK, your order will be dispatched to you from within the UK via a tracked courier service. We typically use UPS but may occasionally use another company. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number 1-5 days before the scheduled delivery date.

If you are based in the USA or Canada, your order will be dispatched to you from the USA via FedEx or UPS. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number 1-10 days before the scheduled delivery date.

If you are based anywhere else, your order will be dispatched from the UK using an international courier service (FedEx, DHL, DPD or UPS). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number 1-10 days before the scheduled delivery date.

Do you purchase Disney art?
No.  

I want a special piece of Disney art commissioned just for me, is this possible?
Yes, please contact us to request a personal quote. The prices for personally commissioned artwork start from upwards of approximately £1,500 and we will need details of your ideal size, artist and characters.

Can you value my Disney art?
Yes. There is a £25 fee for this service and this includes a written appraisal which will be mailed to you within 10 business days. Please contact us to request an appraisal. We may not be able to offer an appraisal for all artwork.

Can my art piece be framed?
Yes, most art pieces can be framed for an additional charge. If there are no details of the framing options available on the item page, please contact us and we will be pleased to assist.

What does “stretching” or “stretched” mean?
This is where the canvas is “stretched” over and attached to wooden bars and finished with a hanging wire. The canvas can then be wall-hung as it is or placed into a frame and then wall-hung.

What is a giclee?
Giclees are art pieces created using archival quality inks. The French term “Giclée” – literally meaning “spray of ink” – is used to describe these fine artwork creations. Multiple precision nozzles spray and mix up to ten million microscopic droplets of paint per second onto the fine art canvas or paper. The giclee printing process therefore provides incredible colour accuracy and sensational high-definition detail. Most people are unable to even tell the difference between a giclee and the original art piece! Each giclee is hand-numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
