European orders are shipped via tracked courier and will require a signature on delivery.
European orders are shipped from the UK. Therefore, you will not be charged any customs/import duties or face any additional charges or fees as the artwork is shipped to you from within the European Union free trade area. NOTE: this applies even though the U.K. will be leaving the European Union; the “Transition Period” runs until 31 December 2020 and until after that time the UK remains in both the EU customs union and single market, so there will be no customs/import duties applicable until after that date.
Rest of world

USA orders are shipped from the USA. Therefore, you will not be charged any customs/import duties or face any additional charges or fees.
Orders being delivered to countries other than the USA or within the EU will be shipped from the USA or UK. You may be liable for customs/import duties. Please contact your local customs office for advice.
You may return your art piece in its original condition (still sealed up its original packaging) if you notify us within 14 days of receipt. Your refund will exclude all shipping charges and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. It is your responsibility to ensure the art piece arrives back with us safely, so we strongly advise you to utilise a secure, tracked delivery service.
In order to initiate a return in accordance with the above policy you must first email email@example.com to request a “returns authorisation code”. Once you receive this, you may package the item(s) up securely and send the item(s) back via an insured method, so that you have proof of delivery and can claim compensation should the item(s) get damaged or lost in the courier system. We will not be held responsible if an item you return to us does not arrive back with us in the same condition in which we originally sent it.
Framed items are custom-produced (the frames are individually crafted by hand) and may be liable to a 25% re-stocking fee. Hand-embellished items are custom-produced and are non-refundable/returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
