Shipping and Returns
ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE DISPATCHED TO UK CUSTOMERS FROM WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM. UK RESIDENTS WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANY CUSTOMS/EXCISE FEES OR ANY OTHER HIDDEN EXTRA CHARGES.
UK Standard Shipping is charged at £3.75 per order. An express service is available for £7.95 if your order is placed before 2pm. Please note that the express service is not available for all items, and it is best to enquire first to ensure the item(s) you wish to order are available.
Standard UK Shipping takes between 2 and 7 working days, but we must ask you to allow up to 28 days for the delivery of your order before we initiate any tracing or insurance claims. Most items will be sent using ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS but more valuable items may be sent using ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY. Larger framed items or fine art will be sent via UPS EXPRESS. This is a courier service and tracking information will be sent to you when the item is dispatched. For Limited Edition Disney Fine Art and Studio Art please allow extra time for delivery, as these items may need to be special ordered. Please allow 14-28 days, or contact us to check the current delivery timespan for the item you are interested in.
Express Shipping takes between 24 and 48 hours. The express shipping option is available for art prints, canvas prints and original production art ONLY.
International shipping rates are determined during the checkout process. Magic of Disney Art is not responsible for any importation (or other) charges which may be applied to goods sent overseas. You should contact your local customs office for advice if you are concerned about such a situation. USA customers ordering Disney Fine Art, Disney Fine Art Glass or Disney/Pixar Studio Art will have their item(s) shipped to them from within the USA. California residents will be required to pay any applicable sales tax.
Orders over £35.00 ship free-of-charge within the UK. International orders over £35.00 do not ship free and will be charged accordingly.
You may return your purchase, in its original mint condition (still sealed up in any packaging) within 28 days for a full refund [excluding all postage fees]. If you wish to return an item to us, you must first e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and request a "returns authorisation code". Once you receive this, you may package the item(s) up securely and send the item(s) back via an insured method, so that you have proof of delivery and can claim compensation should the item(s) get damaged or lost in the postal system. We will not be held responsible if an item you return to us does not arrive back with us in the same condition in which we originally sent it. Custom ordered items may be liable to a 20% re-stocking fee. Hand-Embellished items are custom produced and are NON refundable/returnable. Special orders are NON REFUNDABLE. Framed items are NON REFUNDABLE. Purchases from a private seller made through Magic of Disney Art are NON REFUNDABLE. This does not affect your statutory rights.
